Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Spud City Software Co. your use of this software indicates your acceptance of the following terms.

Evaluation and Registration

Desktop Dozen is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby granted a nonexclusive license to use and evaluate this software without charge for 45 days. If you use this software after the 45-day evaluation period, a license fee of $24.95 (U.S. funds) to Spud City Software Co. is required.

Registration Key Confidentiality

You must never reveal any Desktop Dozen registration key to anyone who is not registered and licensed by Spud City Software Co. to use Desktop Dozen.
